THIS IS A BALENCIAGA CAMPAIGN BY JUERGEN TELLER

On December 10, 2024, Balenciaga will unveil This is a Balenciaga Campaign by Juergen Teller—a series of photographs accompanied by a video co-created with his wife and creative partner, Dovile. The video features a lighthearted conversation between the two, offering insights into their creative process and exploring the act of creation as a conceptual theme.


The campaign stars Olympic medalist pistol shooter Kim Ye-Ji, athlete and model Romeo Beckham, singer Kim Petras, and models Sua Lee, Khadim Sock, and Akolde Meen. Set against iconic Parisian landmarks and diverse city neighborhoods, the images are a tribute to Paris, with the talents posing on select pieces from Demna’s personal collection of vintage furniture.




Featured in the campaign are Balenciaga’s latest bags, including the Hampton Carry All, a spacious structured design in box calf leather with a Bel Air-inspired decorative front flap; the Rodeo Tote, a sleek addition with a signature turn-lock closure; and the Hourglass Pochette, a compact clutch iteration of the House’s iconic Hourglass bag. Also showcased are the Rodeo Top Handle Bag, made from supple matte calfskin with versatile closures for multiple styling options, along with the Le City Bag and the Bel Air Bag.


Still-life images highlight a selection of Balenciaga footwear, eyewear, jewelry, and accessories, including the new Monday Sneaker and Bel Air Sandal. Other standout pieces include the Nano Choker, Nano Sunglasses, Basketball Sneaker, and various handbags such as the Bel Air Shoulder Bag, Holdall Bowling Bag, Hourglass Pochette, Rodeo Top Handle Bag, Le City Bag, and Rodeo Tote Bag.


This campaign seamlessly merges the artistic vision of Teller with Balenciaga’s bold designs, celebrating the intersection of fashion, creativity, and Parisian culture.
